Animal Welfare
We provide a safe, fun and healthy place for your pet to stay. We aim to keep your pet as content as possible by ensuring they maintain a balanced diet and take regular exercise. The local governing body for animal welfare approves our facilities and we are annually assessed.

Customer/ Pet Care
We make it our business to know your pet as well as you do and the way that we do this is through you. We want to know a cross section of things such as what they like to eat, what is their favourite toy, if they have any special requirements and what makes them happy.
